If you are transferring your old number; An Active line is required in order to transfer away from it to your new provider as you will be receiving a TEXT message to confirm the transfer. If your line with your current provider is not active or if you do not have the SIM card anymore, you will not be able to transfer your existing number. After activating, the previous service provider may send a text or email to validate the transfer. Follow the instructions in the message within 90 minutes to approve the number transfer. We will send you an email once the request has been made. Important: Make sure your old SIM card is inside your device, after you have completed your activation. Do not replace your old SIM with your new SIM until after you have confirmed the transfer which h you will receive by text message.
Once you submit your details, we will send you a confirmation email. Please check your spam folder. Activating your SIM card may take up to 24 hours but in most cases it is activated within 1 hour during regular business hours (GMT-5). You will receive a second email once activated.
*** eSIM Activations: eSIMs are activated after your order has been received and approved. This process usually takes a few minutes, but in case of delay maybe take up to 24 hours. Please check your email for complete details regarding your activation. If your order is not approved, or your phone cannot be activated with an eSIM, these details will be communicated to you by email. If order for us to activate your eSIM, YOUR PHONE NEEDS TO BE ABSOLUTELY CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET either by wifi or an existing SIM card; otherwise your eSIM will not reach your device.
